These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.movememedical.com (the “Site”), operated by MoveMe Medical LLC (“MoveMe Medical,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or requesting our services through it, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
MoveMe Medical provides non-emergency medical transportation. The Site provides information about our services and lets you submit ride requests and contact us.
Do not use the Site or our text-messaging channels for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
2. Ride requests and scheduling
Submitting a ride request through the Site is a request, not a confirmed booking. All rides are subject to confirmation by our team, which we will provide by phone, text message, or email. You agree to provide accurate and complete information — including pickup and drop-off details and any mobility or accommodation needs — so we can provide safe, appropriate transport.
3. Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your transportation and your requests by phone call, text message, or email.
4. Text messaging terms
If you opt in to text messages from MoveMe Medical — through our booking form or verbally when scheduling — the following terms apply:
- Messages relate to your transportation with us, such as booking confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you reply STOP, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 800-561-4055.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in our text messaging program. If you are arranging transportation on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian must provide the phone number and consent.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false or fraudulent ride requests, or using it in violation of any applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, images, and branding — belong to MoveMe Medical or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission.
7. Third-party tools
The booking tool embedded in the Site is operated by third-party service providers on our behalf. Your use of that tool is also subject to those providers’ terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
