MoveMe Medical LLC (“MoveMe Medical,” “we,” “us”), provides non-emergency medical transportation. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, https://www.movememedical.com, and our scheduling and communication channels, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you request or schedule transportation, contact us, or communicate with us:

  • Contact details — name, phone number, email address, and pickup/drop-off addresses, submitted through our booking form or by phone.
  • Ride details — appointment dates and times, and accommodation needs relevant to your transport (for example, wheelchair, stretcher, or oxygen requirements). We use these details solely to provide safe, appropriate transportation.

Our website does not require an account. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — such as which pages are visited and from what type of device — and it sets analytics cookies for that purpose; we see this information in aggregate, and it does not include what you type into the booking form. The embedded booking tool on the site is operated by our scheduling and customer-communications platform and may set functional cookies necessary for that tool to work.

We also advertise on Google. Google Ads uses cookies to measure, in aggregate, whether our ads lead to visits, calls and booking requests. It does not tell us who you are. Google may also use these cookies to show our ads to people who have visited our website. If you call us from one of our ads, or from our website after clicking an ad, Google may connect the call through a forwarding number and report the call’s time, length and area code to us. You can manage ad personalization at https://myadcenter.google.com.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule and provide transportation services;
  • Send ride confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates by phone call, text message, or email;
  • Respond to your questions and requests;
  • Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

When you check the SMS consent box on our booking form, or give verbal consent when scheduling by phone, you agree to receive text messages from MoveMe Medical related to your transportation, such as booking confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates.

  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. When we share information

We share personal information only:

  • With service providers who perform services on our behalf — such as the platform that operates our scheduling, booking, and messaging tools — and only as needed to provide our services;
  • With payment processors, to process payments you authorize;
  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, our staff, or others.

5. Mobile information

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Data retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and business-record requirements, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Transportation for minors is arranged by a parent or guardian.
